NBA 2K22 arrives on schedule, but this time we can start bagging on all platforms at the same time on September 10th. 2K Games and Visual Concepts release basketball games for previous and next-generation platforms, including NBA 2K22 Points on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
The game comes in three releases: Standard Edition on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Switch for $60, xbox series X/S and PS5 for $70. For those preparing for generational change, the Cross-Gen Digital Bundle, which offers a full ride across generations of Xbox and PlayStation consoles for $80, will be the largest package this time called the NBA 2K22 MT: NBA 75th Anniversaty Edition and will be wasted on no less than $100.
As you can see from the photo above, this year two-time NBA All-Star Player Luka Dončić has been placed on the standard and cross-gen cover. By contrast, the edition, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the NBA, bears portraits of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Dirk Nowitzki and Kevin Durant. In North America, there will also be a special edition featuring WNBA six-time All-Star Candace Parker and Washington Wizards player Rui Hachimura on the cover in Japan.
In addition to player interviews, 2K has released a video that gives us a glimpse behind the scenes of the sports game for a moment. Luka Dončić was in the mo-cap studio, so the development team could record a number of unique animations, and based on what we saw, the Slovenian star player will also play his part in the story mode of NBA 2K22 MyCareer.
